We are seeking motivated applicants with relevant health care and/or call center sales experience who can help us build long term relationships with our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 100 or more outreach calls each day to schedule patients for appointments.
- Track all calls and interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems.
- Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
- Be flexible, as healthcare operates on a 24-hour clock - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.
- Take on other duties, as assigned.
- Roll up your sleeves and get things done

Qualifications:

- Experience working in a call center in a sales and/or customer support role (preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology
