**Brief Overview**:
This individual will work closely with our Amwell Medical Group Clinicians and the Amwell Clinical Services Team.

Specifically, the Provider Relations Specialist:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Conducts auditing and reporting for new and existing projects.
- Monitors and responds to cases in the Provider Relations ticketing queue.
- Advocates and acts a liaison for providers across internal teams.
- Understands one more clinical service lines at an expert level including overall business strategy, provider contractual obligations, and workflows.
- Coordinates outreach initiatives based on working with the internal operations team.
- Acts as the team’s first line of defense for provider needs.
- Streamlines internal processes to make them increasingly efficient.
- Ad hoc requests as needed.
- Updates the provider community site content and promotes use of the site.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience with clinician relationships as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications ability, including strong writing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, ready to jump right in with little direction and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in all basic computer functions and programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
- A proven track record of exercising good judgment and handling constantly changing priorities in a positive, professional environment.
- Strong understanding of basic computer functions
- Healthcare experience desired

The typical base salary range for this position is $40,160-$55,220 The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
