**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer, resolve and direct phone calls to ensure clients satisfaction
- Schedule and manage clinical staff visits and provide feedbacks to the administrator
- Work with sales team to facilitate enrolment of clients. Manage client-company relationship
- Coordinate projects such as hiring, orientation, scheduling and trainings to ensure and ensure that deadlines are met
- Verify insurance coverage and recertification to ensure timely and optimal care.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as an office assistant in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry
Note: Office experience in a healthcare setting is required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
