**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a golf cart to greet customers warmly and guide them into parking spaces.
- Complete locator cards accurately to ensure efficient vehicle retrieval.
- Keep lot signage organized and accurate to facilitate easy navigation for customers.
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain facility security and uphold company standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the parking lot.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
