Job Title: Valet Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Valet Attendant to join our team at George Bush International Airport (IAH). As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and timely handling of customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
  • Assist customers in and out of their vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles before taking possession and report any issues
  • Inform customers of valet rates and provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide directions as needed
  • Observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • Assist supervisors and managers with additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Less than High School education or one-month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior valet driving experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus

Benefits:

  • After 90 days, full-time employees become eligible for dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation
