**Location: Aventura, FL**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, venue selection, and guest management.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, databases, and records.
- Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with payroll processes and ensure compliance with payroll taxes and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to leadership by managing tasks that contribute to smooth operations and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and promptly.
- Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
