We are a successful, growing, hospital-based Medical Management company looking for the perfect candidate who is dedicated to teamwork and operational excellence.

The Medical Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing the licensure and credentialing process for healthcare providers to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the initial licensure and credentialing process for new healthcare providers, including completing and submitting licensure applications, verifying education and training, and obtaining necessary documents and certifications
- Manage the re-licensure and re-credentialing process for current healthcare providers, ensuring all licenses and credentials are up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licenses and credentials for healthcare providers
- Monitor and track license expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines
- Communicate with licensing boards, credentialing agencies, and healthcare providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the licensure and credentialing process
- Stay current on state and federal regulations related to medical licensing and credentialing requirements
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Degree in healthcare administration or a combination of education and training
- Previous experience in medical licensing IMLC, FSMB, CAQH, and credentialing preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to medical licensing and credentialing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
