In this role, you will not only perform high-quality facials, but also play a crucial part in representing and selling our professional skincare line and cutting-edge facial machine. You will actively engage with both consumers and industry professionals, showcasing the benefits and exceptional quality products and driving sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Performing high-quality facials**: Utilizing our revolutionary facial machine and your expertise in skincare to deliver exceptional facial treatments to clients.
- **Sales and product promotion**: Actively promote and sell our exclusive skincare products and revolutionary facial machine to clients and professionals.
- **Building client relationships**: Provide exceptional customer service, establish rapport with clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
- **Handle client inquiries and concerns**:Respond to client questions, address any concerns promptly and professionally, and provide appropriate aftercare instructions.
- **Collaborate with the salon team**: Work harmoniously with other salon staff to provide excellent customer service and overall salon experience.
- **Adhere to industry regulations**
- **Uphold professional ethics**: Demonstrate integrity, maintain client confidentiality, and always conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner.
- **Attending beauty shows and events**:Represent our brand at industry trade shows, expos, etc. to increase brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Valid esthetician license in the state of California
- Prior experience in skincare, preferably in a professional salon or spa setting
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the skincare industry
- Proven track record in sales and achieving goals
- Strong knowledge of facial techniques and skincare products
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Passion for skincare and an eagerness to learn and grow
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and preferences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
