Union Mutual is looking for a professional and experienced **Office Manager **to join our dynamic team of insurance professionals. The Office Manager role requires an onsite presence in our Montpelier, VT office but the Company will consider some hybrid work arrangements. The Office Manager position is accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of the Company’s building as well as performing a wide range of administrative tasks for the Company President & CEO and other members of the Executive staff.

Key responsibilities of the Office Manager position include providing oversight of Company vendors and outside contractors relating to building maintenance/repairs, assisting with set up/preparation for Company meetings and events, maintaining Company Auto Fleet, and providing administrative support to CEO and Executive Team.

Job Requirements:

- Exemplary time management and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with a broad range of individuals
- Sound judgment with ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and anticipate CEO and Executive Team needs
- Detail oriented, self-starter
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
