Property Claims Manager

Union Mutual is looking for a professional and experienced **Property Claims Manager** to join our dynamic team of Claims professionals based in our Montpelier, Vermont office. The Company will consider remote or hybrid work arrangements, but quarterly (or more frequent as needed for training) travel to the Company’s office in Montpelier, Vermont may be required. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Claims and is responsible for direct oversight of the Property unit comprised of a hybrid staff with experience ranging from entry to expert-level Adjusters, General Adjusters and Examiners. In addition to managing staff, the Property Claims Manager will monitor process and systems for quality and make the necessary adjustments or recommendations as warranted. The Property Claims Manager will also work closely with other Claims Managers to ensure consistency across the Department.
