**Title: Bookkeeper & Leasing Office Assistant**
We are looking for a Full Time Bookkeeper for our team. The
company that has been in business for over 20 years.
JOB SUMMARY: Compiles and maintains accounts payable records; reconciles
statements, issues payment to vendors and follows up on outstanding accounts
receivables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are
not limited to:
- Process all incoming vendor information to maintain current vendor records
- Receive, process, and reconcile all incoming invoices.
- Review and process all vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile schedules for correct posting of charges and payments
- Verify all invoices, vouchers, and check requests have appropriate payment approval
- Answer all A/P & A/R inquiries timely
- Frequently answer the phone
- Post daily deposits/rents
- Perform all month end closing tasks
- Occasionally tours prospective residents
- Performs all administrative tasks
- Ability to work on one weekend day

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Property Management experience preferred, not required
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
