Solar Optimum is an award-winning leader in commercial and residential solar energy system installations. We are seeking a Recruiter / HR Coordinator who will take part in carrying out full cycle recruiting activities for the department.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Keep job descriptions current and regularly post ads to external job posting platforms.
- Download, evaluate and screen resumes.
- Schedule a high volume of phone, video and in-person interviews across various departments.
- Serve as a main point of contact throughout the interview process.
- Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1 year of experience in providing administrative support ideally but not exclusively in a recruiting or HR environment.
- Extremely flexible and able to easily shift priorities.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, exhibit integrity and work well under pressure.
- Skill set to handle multiple tasks, prioritize projects and make decisions daily.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Superlative attention-to-detail and organization.
