**About Us**:
At Olfactory NYC, we believe that fragrance is an art form, and we're here to empower individuals to express their uniqueness through scent. With two thriving locations in SoHo and the West Village, we've partnered with world-renowned perfumers, using the finest oils to craft unforgettable, one-of-a-kind fragrances.

**Who We Need**:
We're on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as "Scent-tologists." As a Scent-tologist, you won't just be selling scents; you'll be crafting experiences and memories for our guests.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Welcome and Engage**: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, inviting them to embark on a scent journey.
- **Storytelling**: Share our brand's captivating story and product knowledge with guests.
- **Scent Customization**: Guide customers through the magical process of creating their signature fragrance.
- **Sales Floor Mastery**: Manage day-to-day operations, process transactions, wrap orders with finesse, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent Olfactory NYC at off-site events, spreading aromatic joy.

**Perks and Compensation**:

- **Training**: Comprehensive training and apprenticeship program to hone your scent-tologist skills.
- **Compensation**: Base pay of $16-18 per hour with the potential to earn approximately $20-$26 per hour, including tips and bonuses.
- **Additional Perks**: Monthly sales incentives, customer tips, and bonuses for off-site events (if applicable)

- Our hours of operation are 12PM - 7PM Monday - Friday | 11AM-7PM Saturday & Sunday

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
