**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance with their shopping needs. Provide product recommendations and detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.
- **Sales Transactions**: Operate the cash register to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and sales events. Share this knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store displays. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Strive to resolve issues promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with daily housekeeping tasks and follow store policies and procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Customer Focus**: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to engage customers and effectively promote products. Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
