Position Overview: As a Project Manager at Enclave Remodeling, INC., you'll lead custom remodel projects to successful completion. Our ideal hire brings customer service, construction knowledge, attention to detail, and a "can do" mentality. If this sounds like you please apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Direct construction procedures efficiently to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Select and manage subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to keep clients informed.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive prices.
- Manage permits and procurement of materials/equipment.
- Ensure all work aligns with our high standards through on-site checks.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
- At least 10 years of relevant trade experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, and squatting across various terrains.
