  • Oversee and direct all phases of construction projects from inception to final delivery.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor with a minimum of two (2) completed luxury residential projects valued at $5 million or more.
  • Expertise in safety standards and preconstruction methodologies.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and team members to address challenges and enhance project productivity.
  • Employ strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and resources.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities, utilizing data analysis to make strategic decisions and meet project goals.
  • Create and manage construction timelines using critical path analysis to track progress and adhere to deadlines. Ensure adherence to safety regulations through regular site evaluations and necessary corrective measures.
  • 30-hour OSHA certification is advantageous.
