Production Assistant

**Description**

**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Production Assistant will assist with administrative duties during the production season.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Production Supervisors to understand all production department schedules.
- Work closely with Production Supervisors to schedule overtime assignments of production employees.
- Work closely with Production Supervisors to correct Time Clock errors of production employees (missing punches, meal break penalties, etc.).
- Data entry of departmental safety trainings.
- Assist in data entry of work notifications to maintenance using SAP
- Work with Supervisors to hand out necessary PPE and other job-related attire/gear/equipment to employees.
- Maintain document control process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**
- BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
