Starting hourly pay $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience

As an Assistant Production Manager, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch. At OJ Insulation, we take pride in our customer relationships; we look for people willing to learn and be trained, have good communication skills, and pay attention to detail and accuracy. 

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing the work orders, and managing inventory. Emails and phone call communications are frequent between the builders’ Superintendents for scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries. General office, including answering phones and assisting other office personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Must have computer experience. Must know Excel & Outlook Must be detailed oriented Payroll experience a plus, but not required Able to work independently Construction experience is a plus but not required
