**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Create and maintain a visually appealing store layout and merchandise display
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in retail math and sales analysis
- Experience in training and development of staff members
- Excellent interviewing skills to identify top talent for the team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a store's operations

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
