Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management and Training: Supervise and train retail store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Production: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales and production.
  • Merchandising and Signage: Oversee the visual merchandising and signage of the store to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Accounting-Related Operations: Assist with accounting-related tasks, such as inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Store Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the selling floor, exterior, and back room.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration with Other Operational Areas: Work collaboratively with other operational areas, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One to three years of retail sales experience and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English to interact with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors, customers, and program participants.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible as to work location and willing to work at other Orange County store locations based on business needs.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to attend company meetings.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
