**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Maintain building and grounds.
- Responds promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns.
- Assists with resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Prepares resident rooms for new residents.
- Tests the fire protection systems as required by code and schedules regular inspections.
- Maintains HVAC system ensuring a comfortable temperature in the community.
- Ensures an effective lighting system in the community.
- Ensures the plumbing system is working properly at all times.
- Supervises proper removal and disposal of trash.
- Conducts regular safety inspections, fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, etc. regularly.
- Participates in training associates in safety issues, emergency situations and safe practices.
Must have knowledge and experience with all types of construction phases including:
- Carpentry
- Concrete Repairs
- Electrical
- Fencing
- Framing
- Gutter Repairs
- Handyman & General Repair Work
- HVAC
- Painting (Interior & Exterior)
- Plumbing
- Pressure Washing
- Remodeling & Construction Knowledge
- Roof Repairs/Replacements

- Sheetrock and Drywall Repairs
