POSITION SUMMARY:

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the premises within the senior living community. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the maintenance of the facility and surrounding grounds.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests from residents.
  • Assist with the transition of residents during move-ins and move-outs.
  • Prepare living spaces for new residents, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular testing and inspections of fire safety systems.
