**Qualifications**:

- Expert business management skills and experience including:

- Estimate development, tracking and forecasting project fees and costs
- Contribute to Project Scope of Work documents and audit all Scopes on allocated accounts
- Reconciling project or program fees and costs for client review across Accounts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience desired.
- Master’s degree in related is a plus.
- 8-10+ years total business management experience in one or more of the following fields: operations, digital technology or web development firm, IT consulting firm or strategy consulting firm.
- 3-5 years of business management experience spent managing teams or direct reports
- Experience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
