We currently operate as a team of 8 with a focus on customer service, account management, graphic design, and production.

**Position Summary**

Full-Service Marketing Print Communications center seeks **Print Production Designer**. This is a multi-faceted, multi-tasking role that encompasses prepress, graphic design, and production overflow. The individual will be responsible for:

- Prepress, graphic design, and production overflow
- File design and management which includes;
- Intake and review of customer provided electronic files and ensuring all files are print ready for production
- Performing daily and weekly file storage
- Determining customer design objectives, designing native files utilizing Adobe Creative Suite

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary_

1. File management which includes:
a. intake of customer files and reviewing files for print production

b. imposing and processing print ready production files for internal production

c. sending files to a variety of internal print production devices and insuring pristine, print ready files are delivered to outsourced vendors per their specification and profiles.

2. Managing customer files in accordance with company process

3. Designing print projects: includes, communicating with customers on concept design and creation, file prep, editing, proofing, and delivering print ready production files
- Secondary_

1. Operating various color and b/w digital printing devices, and wide format printers

**Job Skill Requirements**

1. Graphic design proficiency including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat

2. Being able to multi task and remain flexible in a fast-paced work environment

3. Collaboration, communication, and listening skills

4. Problem solver

5. Time management skills

6. Project management skills

**Job Qualifications**
- 3 years' experience in Prepress, Graphic Design and Digital Print Production
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise
- Strong computer skills, both MAC and PC
- Microsoft office effectiveness
- Ability to work and operate digital printers and large format printers
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to do what is needed for the business to be successful
- Dependable, trustworthy, and honest
