Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Manage and coordinate the production process, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of printing press operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all printed products meet the required standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure the printing press is running efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that production needs are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in printing or supervisory roles.
  • Education: Print, Design, Graphic Arts Associate Degree or relevant field preferred.
  • Certifications: Printing Certification or related field highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
