**Position Summary**:
Greets visitors to County facilities. Answers inquiries and provides directions to County offices. Attends parking areas. Walks building perimeters and gives guidance as needed. Monitors facility activities. This position reports to the Maintenance Foreperson.

**Essential Functions**:

- Greets visitors to County facilities
- Answers inquiries and provides directions to County offices
- Attends parking areas and enforces parking policies and procedures
- Walks building perimeters
- Controls traffic
- Provides visitor guidance as needed
- Monitors facility activities and conditions and prepares master checklist
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Public Works

**Essential Qualifications**:

- The position requires graduation from High School
- Good communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License

**Preferred Qualifications**:An understanding of Somerset County offices and the services provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20.5 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
