Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver daily lesson plans to meet the academic needs of students
  • Provide individualized assistance to students and regularly communicate about student progress as needed
  • Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports

Requirements

  • B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
  • New Jersey Standard teaching license
  • Comfortable working with K-12 students
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
  • Reliable transportation
