Guide Health is on a mission to revolutionize modern health guidance through innovative technology solutions. As a Technical Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and driving its technical execution.

We are seeking an exceptional full-stack engineer with a proven track record of building complex, scalable software systems. You will be responsible for architecting and developing the core technology that powers our healthcare delivery platform, leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and data science.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and user-centric solutions.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that provide patients with a seamless digital experience.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI and NLP capabilities, such as conversational interfaces, predictive analytics, and personalized recommendations, to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Ensure the platform's compliance with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our clinical, product, and business teams to align technology strategies with organizational goals.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and patient-centricity.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage advancements and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong background in modern web technologies and cloud-based architectures.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems using frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, including experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive modeling.
- Hands-on experience with building conversational AI systems, leveraging platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Amazon Lex.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Proven experience in leading high-performing engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
