**Position Overview: Construction Manager**
** Must have at least 2 years experience as a Construction Manager/Superintendent**
**Must be an expert with Quality Control Programs and Procedures**
** Must have experience with Multi Family Construction Projects**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to ensure adherence to specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be an expert with Quality Control Programs and Procedures
- Proven experience as a Superintendent/CM in multi-family construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage on-site teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
