Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Estimator to assist our estimating team in preparing and managing bid packages, quantity take-offs, and cost control. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of construction estimating experience in multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, residential, hospitality, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the estimating team in preparing and managing bid packages
  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost control
  • Manage subcontractor/bid procurement and RFI during the bid period
  • Develop and maintain a high level of quality and competitive bid analysis
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
  • 1+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Project)
  • Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (or similar)
  • Ability to work in a team
