Each Guest starts with a base need, and then your job is to review the vehicle with our technicians to see if their any area of concern that should brought to the guest your helping at the time. We believe it is important to educate the guest on common maintenance items, so that they are safe, and their vehicle does not break down on them. I am looking for people that are smart, good at establishing relationships, family orientated, money motivated, and have a strong work ethic. The Team Member I am looking for, should have always been or is the number one sales associate in every job they have had. This job opening has no salary caps and a hourly base plus commission, and unlimited income potential.
