Automotive Customer Service Consultant
We are currently in search of a proactive and client-oriented Automotive Customer Service Consultant to become a vital member of our service team.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service department, offering knowledgeable assistance and support to clients throughout their service journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients promptly and courteously upon their arrival at the service center.
• Understand clients' concerns and accurately record their service requirements and vehicle issues.
• Arrange service appointments and convey service recommendations to clients based on their vehicle's maintenance needs.
• Provide clear estimates for service repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency in pricing.
• Collaborate with service technicians to guarantee timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Keep clients updated on the status of their vehicle's service and any additional repairs that may be necessary.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, aiming to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients post-service appointments to ensure satisfaction and foster client loyalty.
• Maintain precise records of service transactions and client interactions in the dealership's database.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a service consultant or in a customer service capacity, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport with clients and establishing trust.
• Familiarity with automotive service and repair processes, including basic technical terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications utilized in automotive service departments.
• A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required to accommodate client appointments.
