**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts and outstanding invoices to ensure payments are up to date.
- Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices and expense reports and file accordingly.
- Perform monthly reconciliations & generate financial reports and statements.
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Review, post and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Audit and process credit card bills, invoices & bank deposits while maintaining an orderly filing system.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information & provide accurate documentation for auditing and tax reporting purposes.
- Conduct all aspects of this position in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Understanding preparation of financial statements with concise accuracy.

Strong computer and accounting software knowledge.

Skilled in time management and analytical problem solving.

Highly organized and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
