The Executive Director, Strategic Delivery leader will be responsible for the holistic and successful delivery of all PBM investments. These investments will be focused on advancing our business capabilities in line advancing our broader enterprise strategy and delivering upon significant value to all stake holders. The Strategic Delivery leader will be responsible for successfully executing on our priorities with precision, of highest quality, and with an end to end mindset. In addition to the delivery, this leader will be responsible for the portfolio delivery of our key business capabilities. This includes ensuring our value pools are delivering upon their commitments against the objectives and key results, are working within the allocated budget appropriately, are developing and managing a clear roadmap of deliverables, and are managing risks and opportunities appropriately.

The ED, Strategic Delivery leader will grow, develop, and lead a team of leaders in executing all work against our broader strategy.

**Required Qualifications**
- 10+ years within the PBM industry or health care space
- 8+ years leading and growing teams
- 8+ Leading or managing teams through large scale blue chip initiatives with complex cross business functional requirements
- Building, installing, and utilizing key data points of one’s operation to make key decisions and recommendations to drive towards our vision
- Engaging, leading, and coming to a decision in potentially difficult conversations where points of view differ.
- Delivering a clear, actionable message to peers and senior leaders
- Financial acumen pertaining to building and setting corporate budgets
- Properly hold others accountable, including senior leaders from investment concept to execution
- Earn trust among peers and key leaders throughout the organization in order to execute against our processes
- Properly identify business risks and develop and execute mitigation plans complete with well constructed contingency scenarios
- Lead a team of leaders set on driving high engagement along with delivering against best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years leading a multi level organization
- Deep technical knowledge of the core capabilities within the PBM operation
- Building tools that will help execute business processes with consistency and scalability
- Lead and drive key messages and conversations with senior executive leaders on a regular basis

**Education**
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, Master Degree preferred

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
