You should have strong entrepreneurial, negotiation and closing skills. You don't necessarily need to have automotive experience, but you do need to be convincing, trustworthy, and have a strong desire to succeed and make money
We will provide you with unlimited leads from people that want to sell their vehicles. Your job is to convince those people to come into our dealer to sell them. You will be working directly with the customers and making the offer to purchase to their vehicle and completing all the required paperwork. When you are not actively working a customer at the dealer, you will be on the phone calling the leads to make appointments.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, charismatic, persuasive
- High competence with the English language (Bi-Lingual is a plus)
- Good salesmanship (although not selling but getting customers to come in to sell their vehicles to us)
- Some knowledge about cars helpful
- Must be organized
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Parkway Honda requires all applicants to complete drug screening, including for the use of marijuana. Medical marijuana card holders are acceptable.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
