We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. - Handle accounts payable and receivable, including account reconciliation, debits, credits, and journal entries
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed
- Assist with tax preparation and work closely with external accountants
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed

- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounting software such as quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
