The ACCESS Direct Support Specialist will:
- Document data about individual on the Therapy system, data must be completed daily.
- Plan and implement job coaching strategies with individuals.
- Work to discover what motivates individuals and assist in using that knowledge to support workplace effectiveness
- Assess the workplace readiness of the individuals
- Provide job search support for individuals
- Support individuals in developing the skills necessary to be effective at the job site.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Over 18 years old
- One / Two years of health care or human services experience.
- Valid driver's license and car.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to transport individuals as needed
- Must be available evenings and weekends to provide support to individuals
- Super time management and organizational consistency.
- Great Smart-Phone and Tablet skills
- Background Check and Drug Testing - Before Hire
- We require the Highest Standards of Care and Accountability
**Compensation**:
- This is a 1099 contract position.
- No other benefits are offered with this position
- ACES has the right to discontinue the contract at any time.
