As a new Affordable Housing Compliance Manager at Oakbrook Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties meet the necessary compliance standards. This includes conducting regular audits, reviewing documentation, and communicating with team members and government agencies as needed. You will work closely with the property management team to address any compliance issues and implement necessary solutions. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be key in successfully navigating the complex regulations surrounding affordable housing.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLIANCE MANAGER**
To excel as an Affordable Housing Compliance Manager at Oakbrook Corporation, you will need strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills are crucial for liaising with government agencies and internal teams. Engaging presentation abilities to support the learning and development of current and future team members is imperative.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask, you will handle audits, policy implementation and reporting paperwork efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential for creating reports and maintaining documentation. A solid understanding of affordable housing regulations and the ability to adapt to changing guidelines will ensure success in this role.
