  • Supervise a team of assistants at each property
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance
  • Utilize industry software, including Realpage OPS technology and Onesite Leasing, to manage property operations

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in property management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High energy personality with a passion for leasing and resident contact
