Ready, Set, Go

The role: We are currently seeking a freelance Junior Coordinator to support our team in various tasks related to scheduling, casting, social media shoots, and TikTok lives. This is an in person position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling Days: Assist in organizing and coordinating schedules for shoots, castings, crew, working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution.
- Casting Support: Provide support in casting processes, including communicating with talent, scheduling auditions, and maintaining casting databases.
- Social Media Shoots: Oversee small-scale social media shoots, including assisting with set-up, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operation during shoots, and TikTok Live Shoots
- TikTok Lives: Coordinate and manage live events on TikTok, including scheduling, promotion, engaging with the audience, and providing technical support during live broadcasts.
- General Assistance: Provide general support to the creative team, including administrative tasks, research, and any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Production management: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Los Angeles, CA (required)
