Team Overview
TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review, and participation. We are looking for a passionate business development manager to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Live.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and execution of seller livestreaming training programs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful program completion; oversee the coordination and logistics of training sessions, both online and offline.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external education agencies.
- Work closely with agencies to develop and refine training content based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and sellers.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding of program goals; address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop strategies to promote training programs and increase seller participation.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to continually improve the program’s effectiveness.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to attract and retain participants.
- Collect and analyze feedback from pilot sessions and ongoing training to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to the training process and content based on feedback and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant developments into the training programs.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or educational context
- Experience managing relationships with external agencies or vendors
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar)
- Experience in the e-commerce or livestreaming industry
- Experience in training program development and implementation
- Familiarity with the US market and cultural nuances

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $192533 annually.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
**Our time off and leave plans are**: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
