In 2023, we quickly became the #1 luxury seller on TikTok, streaming live 8 to 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. We specialize in vintage handbags from the 1990s to early 2000s, featuring brands like Gucci, Fendi, Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and many more. As a startup, we've built a community of loyal customers who share our passion for sustainable fashion and unique designer pieces.
We are seeking an organized and hardworking TikTok Live Manager to join our team part-time to manage our morning shows starting at 5:30 AM. In this role, you will manage our TikTok live shows from behind the scenes. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the on-air hosts are showcasing products properly, sales are being recorded accurately, and the shows are running smoothly. You will also be expected to suggest ideas to enhance our live sessions and engage our audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage TikTok live sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with and manage on-air hosts to ensure products are showcased effectively.
- Monitor live streams in real-time, providing support and feedback to hosts.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales during live sessions.
- Collaborate with moderators behind the scenes to align live content with the overall brand strategy.
- Analyze live stream performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance live sessions and engage the audience.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Available to start early mornings at 5:30 AM.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with on-air hosts effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with moderators to ensure brand consistency.
- Passion for vintage fashion and sustainable practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate live streaming sessions.
