RedHammer is a hard-working building maintenance company serving retail stores in the western states. We deliver plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and over thirty other trade services to support our customers. To match our position, you’ll need to thrive in team culture and shine at your individual tasks. In this role, you’ll make a lasting positive impression on our customers by:

- Effectively dispatch technicians to job sites and track their progress
- Respectfully communicate with other team and field members
- Accurately assessing their needs and developing an effective rapport in all service interactions

To keep our business running smoothly, you’ll:

- Demonstrate excellent organizational, planning and time management skills to manage a diverse range of responsibilities with frequent interruptions under competing deadlines.

**Other duties include**:

- Procure information and prepare paperwork for proposals
- Organize and enter work orders
- Compute and report hours, amounts, and adjustments for work orders
- Obtain invoices for payment
- Enter job and client data (Excel, Word, and user-friendly software).
- Research, locate, and place material orders
- Quickbooks
- Perform sales support tasks, as needed, and promptly.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior administrative experience is required
- Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent written and verbal skills
- Multitasking and organizational expertise
- Stable and progressive work history

**Compensation**: Contingent on experience.
