- Patient Experience and DEIB Manager**FUNCTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Performance Expectations**:
- Provide administrative support for Human Resource staff and related operations.
- Help to support and communicate Human Resource services, initiatives and programs to employees.
- Maintain and create files for recordkeeping
- Assist in the coordination of General Orientation sessions
- Other duties as assigned**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
- Experience and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the work.

- High school education or equivalentLocation: New London Hospital - Human Resources
Schedule: part-time (temporary), Day shift, Monday - Friday ; 20 hours per week
