**Position: Administrative Coordinator**

Block Institute is seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our Adult Services Programs and Support Departments team. As the Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs through high-level administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and project management, who enjoys problem-solving and creating efficiencies in operational processes.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and training in the use of Paycom and Therap across multiple departments.
- Assist in project management related to the implementation of policy and procedure, training/onboarding, and electronic systems.
- Conduct analysis of systems and statistical data to identify trends and develop efficiencies.
- Compile business intelligence to provide regular reports on trends to Program Directors.
- Conduct and submit completed investigations in compliance with Agency and external policies.
- Attend department meetings to gather information and assist in the development of Agency practices.
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation and Agency Training sessions.
- Track and monitor Policy and Procedures to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development of training curriculums.
- Manage tools for reporting, tracking, and other systems used by Adult Services Programs.
- Schedule appointments and relay general business information to callers.
- Draft routine reports, memos, and responses to correspondence.
- Ensure appropriate interactions with coworkers and program participants, adhering to regulatory agency regulations and Block Institute policies.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring work responsibilities are covered during absences.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
