Motor Cars of Chicago is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Joliet, IL. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand within the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and manage compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about automotive industry news, events, and trends to inform content creation and engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in social media management in the Automotive industry is required.**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
