**Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Devereux has its advantages**
As a BCBA at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in education, psychology or other related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or credentialed or enrollment in a graduate program leading to a BCBA.
- Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis;
- Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Willingness to travel in school district settings.
- Valid driver’s license must be maintained
- Servant Leader with exceptional customer service skills and accountability.
