The Customs Entry Writer will provide accurate documentation and record-keeping for data and documents to ensure timely and accurate statuses are provided with timely client billing and invoicing. **Responsibilities**
- Processing customs clearances for imports while adhering to customs regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
- Importer Security Filing
- Tracking and tracing shipments to maintain updated information.
- Documentation and archiving of records and documents.
- Data management for client reports.
- Timely client billing and invoicing.
- Other duties assigned.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to commute to the office
- hybrid options may be available.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Available to work on weekends or night shifts is a plus.
- English/Korean Bilingual is preferred.

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma or GED

The base salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
