- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to identify and implement new product categories.
- Conduct thorough vendor and market research to assess product viability and competitive positioning.
- Manage and execute data collection and spreadsheet management for mass product uploads and category updates in our system.
- Explore and analyze market opportunities for potential product offerings and provide strategic recommendations.
- Contact vendors to gather comprehensive product information and negotiate terms as necessary.
- Develop and suggest marketing strategies for newly added products to maximize visibility and sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure THE CARY COMPANY remains competitive.
- Ensure accurate and efficient information flow between vendors, supply chain, and marketing teams to facilitate effective product launches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheet software and data management tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions for product marketing and category expansion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
