HR Coordinator

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Direct HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- May support the recruitment/hiring process with any of the following: performing background checks, issuing employment contracts etc.
- May also schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s calendar.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- MS Office skills.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work with ATS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
